Moore's Body & Mechanical Shop ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and remote estimate tool, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number (required to send you an estimate).
Vehicle information: Year/make/model (optional) and current mileage.
Photos: Images you upload of your vehicle (odometer, VIN, damage, and corner views). Photos are stored securely in our systems.
Other: Payment preference (insurance/self-pay) and whether you prefer OEM parts. Basic technical data such as submission time.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare and deliver a preliminary remote estimate via email.
To contact you regarding your request (phone or email).
Internal record keeping and to improve our service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or photos.

Storage & Security

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Realtime Database). Photos are compressed before storage. Only authorized shop staff can access your information through a password-protected admin panel. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain estimate requests for as long as needed to provide service and for normal business records. You may request deletion by contacting us (see below). Photos and records may be deleted earlier at our discretion or upon your request.

Your Choices

You may choose not to use the online estimate tool and call us instead.
Contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

Estimate Disclaimers

Please read carefully before submitting photos.

• This is a preliminary estimate only based on the photos and information you provided. It is not a final repair quote.
• Additional damage may be discovered once the vehicle is disassembled and inspected. Pricing may increase accordingly.
• Photos cannot capture every detail (hidden damage, frame issues, rust, prior repairs, etc.). Final cost is determined after a full teardown.
• Estimate prices are subject to change based on parts availability, labor rates at time of repair, and actual condition of the vehicle.
• Customers may experience longer wait times during busy periods.
• Neither party is bound by this online estimate until both parties mutually agree in writing (or by signed work order) on the scope of work and final price.
• We strongly recommend an in-person inspection for the most accurate assessment.
• By submitting photos you acknowledge that you have read and accept these disclaimers.
